Slimming World


A free light-hearted, seated exercise class to music, which will improve physical mobility by keeping joints and muscles working.  Subsidised transport available.

A class for all!  Tai chi is a gentle yet       thorough workout that aids your joints,    circulation and general wellbeing.  Learn this ancient art in a way that helps you become fitter, more flexible and more relaxed.  Suitable for all, can be especially beneficial for students with arthritis, fibromyalgia and balance issues or for people who just want to try something new!
