How to make a booking at Whitehill Village Hall

To enquire about making a one-off booking - contact Beryl Parsons. 

1.   Click here to send an email to berylp.bp@gmail.com to check that the date (s) are available.

 

2.   Once you have agreed a date you can download a booking form here*

 

Note: The Booking Clerk must also be informed of any extra items that will be used in the hall eg disco, bouncy castle, since the Company’s Public and Products liability insurance policy and PAT testing must be checked by the Committee before the event

 

3.   The booking will be confirmed once the Booking Clerk receives the booking form, together with payment for use of the hall. This must be within 2 weeks of agreeing the date or the hall will be made available for hire again.

 

4.   A damage deposit will also be required if the booking is for a party. This must be received at the same time as the booking fee. Please send the damage deposit by cash or a separate cheque, not an electronic payment. It will be returned a week after the event if no damage has occurred.

Made payable to:  'Whitehill Village Hall Committee'

together with a signed copy of the Hiring Conditions and Booking Form and Damage Deposit.
