Hall Front

Main Hall

Whitehill Village Hall offers a spacious Main Hall suitable for a wide range of activities, including exercise classes, children’s groups, presentations, dinners, singing, and dancing. The hall features a stage and full audio/visual equipment, including a hearing loop, and can accommodate up to 120 people.

Meeting / Activity Room

A separate Activity Room is available for smaller groups, such as educational classes, discussion groups, and hobby sessions. The room includes a screen, projector, and sound system. (20 people max)

Café Room

Situated between the Main Hall and Activity Room, the Café Room provides a relaxing space next to the kitchen, perfect for light refreshments. It can also be used for small meetings. (25 people max)

Kitchen

The kitchen is available for casual user for heating or preparation of cold food. This can be used and shared with any of the three rooms in the hall.

Toilets

  • Two unisex toilets are located next to the kitchen.
  • Two single-sex toilets are available at the main entrance.
  • A disabled toilet with baby-changing facilities is also located at the main entrance.

Free Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hall on request.

Car Parking

A free, tarmac-surfaced car park offers spaces for 20 cars, including 2 reserved for disabled users. Two overflow parking areas provide an additional 24+ spaces:

  • One with a hard-core base
  • One with a grass-reinforced mesh base
  • Ramp access is available to the entrances of all three rooms, ensuring wheelchair accessibility.
