The Meeting Room is set up for meetings or small activities. Hire includes shared use of the kitchen for drinks and snacks.

The room has a manually operated screen illuminated by a ceiling-mounted high-definition projector, which can be connected to a laptop or tablet via a wall-mounted HDMI or VGA connection. Audio is delivered through two speakers, with the signal provided by the projector through the HDMI connection. (See further details of Audio Visual Equipment.)

The Meeting Room is ideal for training courses, AGMs, committee meetings, and small activity groups.
