Important Booking Information

Please Note: Party Bookings are restricted to Children’s Parties only.

To make a booking, either use the Calendar (preferable) for on-line booking, or you may contact the Booking Secretary directly by following the instructions below.

  1. Click here to send an email to to check that the date(s) are available, or you can also use the Booking Enquiry Form.
  2. Once you have agreed a date you can download Booking Forms here.
    Note: The Booking Secretary must also be informed of any extra items that will be used in the hall (e.g. disco, bouncy castle) since the Company’s Public and Products liability insurance policy and PAT testing must be checked by the Committee before the event.
  3. The booking will be confirmed once the Booking Secretary receives the booking form, together with the deposit for use of the hall. This must be within 2 weeks of agreeing the date or the hall will be made available for hire again.
  4. A damage deposit will also be required if the booking is for a one-off event. This must be received at the same time as the booking fee. Please send the damage deposit by cash, separate cheque or electronic payment. The deposit will be returned a week after the event if no damage has occurred. Please provide details.

Please also contact the Booking Secretary about the availability of a regular weekly booking. Storage space may be able in some circumstances.
